What can I say, I’m on a pork chops kick right now. The truth is, we always make Pork Chops but never like this. This Slow Cooker Pork Chops may be the easiest way to make pork chops ever.
I started this recipe by browning the pork chops for a few minutes on each side. The pork chops are seasoned with salt and pepper (so easy and so tasty). These chops get moved over to a bed of white onions and mushrooms.
In the same skillet I browned the pork chops, combine the beef broth and the mushroom soup. This is the sauce the pork chops, mushrooms and onions will cook in for 7-8 hours.
What you get is this beautifully slow-cooked pork chop with and onion and mushroom topping. Serve this with mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a wonderful dinner the family or you special someone will love.
